I have a more then several bad experiences with this office. They don’t pick up your phone calls. They’re extremely unorganized. I started this process with them a few years ago. In a nut shell I’ll sum up my experiences with them so people can understand what kind of office these people are running. First bad experience the lady made our appointment and decided to go to lunch while she was supposed to be seeing my husband and I. She was almost 2 hours late to our appointment. Second terrible experience, they sent me to their other office in San Rafael. The people in San Rafael were apparently never informed that I had an appointment with them. I accomplished nothing that day and had to drive over 4 hours round trip. Third bad experience I had, I had an appointment with a lawyer to make sure all my documentation was in place before sending it off. The statement I made over the phone (which had to be over the phone because they for whatever reason couldn’t take it when I went to the office in San Rafael) it sounded like a child wrote it. It made absolutely no sense. I had to revise it with the only lawyer that tried to help me. My last and final bad experience is of recent. I signed a contract with them, I paid off the amount I owed and I just got a statement in the mail saying they need another $1,000 to continue my case. They haven’t done anything for me! I’ve waiting for my waiver to get approved for about 5 years now. Please don’t give your money to these people they do NOT care about their clients! I’m sure I forgot to mention other bad experiences I’ve had with them. But I hope someone looking for a lawyer. Will look at this and go elsewhere. This office has terrible reviews for good reasons. Also I’m shocked they have people giving this sorry excuse for an office five stars. It’s clearly their own staff trying to make it look like this law office isn’t completely full of incompetent people!
I had a case with them five years ago when I started the immigration process with my husband I called them several times they did not answer. when I did get an appointment they needed so much work they forgot to turn in paperwork the staffing changed constantly that they were losing my papers. They did not notify me when important papers arrived from cd juarez or changed my address so I wouldn't have a problems. I just gave up and went to another lawyer. Please do not waste your time and money.
If is not because of him i would never had the chance to enjoy the fredom of going back to mexico legally and back to the states im legal resident thank you stephen coghlan atorney
I was a client for around six years and all I can say is that it was a disaster. They sent in the wrong paper work and I had to pay double for their mistake. You have to wait for hours for them to attend you (even when you have an appointment). Needless to say I was disappointed.
A waste of money! They don't care at all about defending you. I decided to change lawyers who pointed out all the mistakes they made that did more harm than good. They don't know what they are doing!
