Wish I could give 0 stars. Manni was extremely rude to my husband and constantly called him dude. How unprofessional to refer to your client as dude. He is an absolute horrible, unprofessional lawyer. He was extremely condescending, rude and belittling towards my husband every time they spoke. He charged well over 10k and was not prepared for our case. Needless to say we lost the case due to his carelessness. His staff was rude and acted as if we were a waste of their time. I would highly recommend finding a different lawyer that will act professionally and treat their client in a respectful manner.

I was represented by CMT&M in my divorce, specifically David Manni. Throughout the entire process, he and the office staff handled my case and every interaction with integrity, professionalism, honesty and respect. No promises to the outcome were ever made, but I knew immediately that I had chosen the right attorney for my divorce. Ultimately, I received a favorable outcome and could not be happier with the final results. The billing/accounting of my case was reasonable and accurate. If you are looking to retain an attorney, I would HIGHLY recommend contacting this firm and retaining their services.

My wife and I enjoy working with Mr. Cohen. Of course any professional is going to charge a fee for his time and advice. With all of his decades of experience the work is done with precision and very efficiently. As a result the final dollar amount is less than going with an firm or attorney with less experience. Furthermore we appreciate his gentlemanly manners.

After the attorney I had made mistakes that cost me my kids. I asked a client who was an attorney who he would recommend. He recommended Mark Theune. After interviewing Mark I hired him and he finished this nasty divorce with my crazy ex-wife. Not only was he outstanding, but his firm was too. I used Jake Cohen to incorporate my business at the time. When Mark was unavailable he had Ken's son stand in for him in court. He did an awesome job! The office staff is excellent, Hazel is amazing, and all are professional and don't make you feel like your part of the herd of cattle in line for the slaughter. One important thing to note for any that are on more limited budgets. Hiring this firm was more cost effective than other cheaper by the hour firms. They do a better job for the money and do not nickle dime you for every copy or other clerical thing they do. I could not recommend them highly enough. Recently I found out that Mark passed away in a diving accident. He will be missed. He truly helped me through one of the worst times of my life and I considered him a friend.
