Unfortunately I am still working with this firm. Things started out great three years ago with me switching to them as my Workers Comp Attorney's. Its disheartening to see how they reduced my enthusiasm for there practice in handling my case. It wouldn't be fair to refer this firm to anyone as I have done in the past. Please get everything in writing. The appointed attorney wasn't even willing to determine what was best to suit my case, but left it up to me to pick a direction with improper follow ups with hearing, insurance carriers, Doctors, prior attorneys documents and client communications as if they were compensating me to do their work.

Amazing lawyers! I would refer everyone I know to these guys! They are personable and genuine and really make an effort to get to know your case. Not only do you have great attorneys but the paralegals are just as great. 10/10, Oh by the way their new office is super nice and really made me feel welcomed.

I have 2 worker's compensation cases with this law firms. And my attorney Jacob Miranda, and his legal assistants has all been diligent with dealing with all of my issues, and my concerns. They has always returned my calls and taken action toward the insurance company's in my cases. I have not settled on any case of yet. However, I'm very pleased so far.

They treat you like a person not a number. They make sure you get excellent medical care near where you live. They have offices throughout the tri-state NY area. Spanish speaking as well. They also handle Social Security Disability. Mention my name, you will be treated like a VIP.

Whatever you do, do not use this law firm. I made the big mistake of hiring these people for my husbands workers compensation case. They don't fight for you and what you need. They ignore my emails and phone calls. These lawyers don't know anything and they absolutely will not do what's best for you! I regret ever signing on with these people. They have destroyed my husbands case. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWFIRM. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE. RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AS YOU CAN
