Don’t waste your time go somewhere else unless you just can’t . Front office staff are rude , slow and gossip about patients and their co workers . They don’t answer the phones just sit and let it ring (I’ve witnessed) . The nurses try and get you in and out with no compassion for the job or patient in front of them. Blood work takes forever ….and you have to call them for lab results because they seem to be busy 24/7 to reach out to patients . No calls are ever returned .

My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 on Wednesday Dec 8. 2021 I arrived @10:30 thinking maybe they will get me in and out. I arrived and there was no one in the waiting area which was wonderful. I checked in and gave the necessary paperwork. After sitting for about 20 minutes another person came in she apparently works there because she was late for her appointment and she was in and out with in 15 minutes later. That’s fine I was early anyways I’ll just wait no problem. 12:05 was when I signed two pieces of paper, received my vouchers for my 5 day old and was able to finally leave. That’s ridiculous on every level. I was there an hour and 30 minutes. Thank God I left my son at home with my mom. Be more considerate of peoples time and health situations. I just had a child, body hasn’t begun to recover yet and I’m sitting here waiting in pain in a empty waiting room. I wish I could of rated -1 that would be what they deserve on today.

My issue is with the wic they told me my appointment was one day then changed it and my baby needed the milk we were out we had to get family to buy it for us

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in same day for what I needed and my wait time was less than 5 minutes. They’re office is clean and beautiful!

I have visited the clinic on two separate occasions and I must say I was quite impressed. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional; but of course I had my favorites: Amber and Renee were magnificent. They were kind, considerate, patient and answered all my questions. The service was equivalent (or better) than I've had at a private doctors office. I must admit I was there for a bit longer than I planned; but, I had a complete work-up! Thank you guys so-o much for the pride and professionalism you display in the healthcare you provide!
