My condominium board used this firm a few years ago. I had an issue with the condominium board as they arbitrarily demanded I replace a completely functioning garage door along with it's motor due to potential termite infestation. Apparently the adjacent units with the same garage door were exonerated from any replacement as I accumulated thousands of dollars of fines, unbeknownst to me. They hired Caryn Meyer ESQ to assist in a settlement on this longstanding issue. Mrs. Meyer was able to assist me into purchasing a new metal garage door for a reasonable price, about a third of what the management company quoted me. I agreed and had the door replaced. I receive a letter months later threatening a lien on my condo secondary to unpaid fines for over 12,000.00! The management company took that money out of future common charges and paid assessments, in which I found out over two years later. After acquiring a ledger from the management company I had legal fees over 2,500.00 for a 900.00 garage door! She racked up her charges, (emails, phone calls, letters), knowing she would get paid by the condominium board, which in turn charged me. Upon inquiring to the management company, they requested I contact the law firm about these exorbitant and unnecessary fees, and subsequently I had contacted Mrs. Meyer via email (she does not answer phone calls nor return them), and she refuses to provide me an itemized bill nor a total of her fees reflecting those rendered services.

Awful, just awful
