In my experience the guy I worked with was very unprofessional. I’m working on opening my own business and he didn’t seem to care. He never reached out to me about any locations I showed him, never called me back to help me out, and went to the rental property to see it without even telling me. I was told he would set up a time to view locations and it’s been months and I still haven’t heard back. Thankfully I found a property on my own without his help. Very disappointed with the service and do not recommend at all.

Rolanda Rogers - if you want someone who understands and will look for EXACTLY what you want, and has the patience and dedication of a saint, she is the Realtor you want and need! She was on top of what we wanted, she put up with at least a hundred emails and texts from us, she patiently explained everything we asked and willing to meet us at any place we wanted to see with no complaints. She is adorably fun to talk to, she is a ball of energy and she wants you to be happy! She doesn’t disappear after a sale, either. She found us a wonderful mortgage broker when we hit a snafu that was able to get us in our dream house when ours couldn’t (or wouldn’t?). “Good quality” is not enough of a description for her, GREAT quality is more appropriate. We adore her and although we got our house, if we EVER consider purchasing again, she will be the one we call in a heartbeat and without a doubt. We did a VA loan. Wonderful, wonderful realtor! So happy we got her and you will too!

Had a horrible experience with an agent named Haley Lyman. She was scheduled to meet me for an appt. and she simply never showed up and also never called. This agent wasted my time and was disrespectful of anyone other than herself. When I finally did speak with her she defended her actions and never once apologized. STEER CLEAR at all costs; there are better agencies in Colombus.
