I don’t recommend Coleman and Coleman to anyone. We are a military family, Bought my house last month (not a first time buyer) so far the worst experience. They were supposed to send some checks to pay some debts that were discussed during closing, they sent the checks to the wrong accounts with the wrong amounts, i am trying to fix all that myself but trying to communicate with them via phone, email is the hardest thing ever. They also didn’t send the check for my home owner insurance and flood insurance and now i have the insurance company sending me notification that the policy will be canceled if they don’t receive the money. Is really frustrated when this is supposed to be a good experience for me and the family but is turning to be a painful experience. If you have the opportunity to ised someone else do it!
