My daughter's rights as the a victim of a violent crime were violated multiple times. CA Dunne is incompetent and verbally abusive. Zero communication initiated by Dunne from indictment until 10 minutes before sentencing, when he acted extremely unprofessional and had myself and my teenage daughter (his victim and witness) in tears immediately before we were to make victim impact statements. What should have been an empowering day for my daughter resulted in her re-victimization as a grown man in power stood over her and yelled.
