Mark has a very experienced lawyer. He has been in the Hamilton area all of his life and also him and his brother both was judges on their court system there. He will go out of his way to make sure of what's needed. And he always looks at the end result the bottom line of what it's going to take to get resolution. He's a good man

Despite the case being complicated, Mark defended me very well. His experience and advice paid off in results (Final judgement). I hired Mark after a bad experience with a previous attorney (I had to let her go and hired Mark after interviewing 3 different family law attorney). He will truly defend you to the best of his ability. I noticed during court that his knowledge is far beyond the knowledge of the other side's lawyer (who was a very aggressive attorney and very well known in Hamilton)

In my personal opinion, a 5 star rating is in NO WAY high enough for Conese Attorney Law Office. I have been a client with the law office since 2009. I was referred to Mr. Conese as a divorce attorney. I have to say that both Mr. Conese and his Legal Assistant, Marianne Schellenbach are extremely professional concerning the legal matters that they handle. Not only are they both very professional but they also both possess such since, deep, heartfelt care and concern for their clients. You simply are NOT treated as "just another individual who couldn't make their marriage work!" From the moment you make contact with the office you are treated with an immense amount of dignity, respect, and instantly feel as though they truly have YOUR best interests at heart. Not only has Mr. Conese helped me navigate through my rough and extremely tough divorce process, but he has helped me and/or given me advice on other legal matters. I trust Mark Conese and Marianne Schellenbach 100%! I owe them both a HUGE Thank You for all that they have done for me. They certainly have gone above and beyond and dispelled the old myth that "Lawyers are just in it for the money" for me.
