I've contacted the attorney generals office in regards to credit card companies having contracts with rental car companies to forcefully charge/overcharge customers. It is completely bias for them to automatically charge their customers card with any amount given to them without contacting "their" customer whose interest they not only charge for but should be their first and foremost concern. I also complained in my issue Budget rental overcharged me $1160.00 even after accepting the payment in cash and their explanation to me was that they did not know how to add a cash payment into their system however not only did they accept cash on one hand they then with the other hand forcefully charged my account the above mentioned amount and are making me wait over 14 business days till they rectify their mistake. nnThe response I received was to have my telephone number blocked from their number as well as no response. GOD BLESS AMERICA AND WHEN HE NO LONGERBDOES I AM NOT GONNA BE MAD AT HIM, YAWL HUMANS DESERVE THAT N MORE.
