I am the transaction coordinator for a realtor. Kerri and Ben were both so helpful. Kerri offered to reach out to the seller when she knew we were having difficulty getting a response. Ben double checked where the commission check should be sent, and immediately sent us the signed ALTA upon request. This might seem very simple and not anything outstanding, but in the last 200 transactions I have facilitated, this has not been the experience. Their willingness and commitment to not just do the bare minimum really stood out to us, and we appreciate the attitude and mentality Conrad Legal instills in their team.
