The level of professionalism at this place is a joke. Starting from the receptionists all the way up to the incompetent lawyer. It’s a shame that these people take advantage of people who might not know any better. Please save yourself the headache I’m currently going through and do not come here.
Please people who ever reads this message stay away from this immigration attorney, she charged my father thousands of dollars and at the end only told us my mother could never obtain her green card and she filled her papers incorrectly which caused her deportation. Plus she is rude and arrogant as well as the sisters that work with her. Don’t waste your time and money.
I have been working with Connie and her team for the last two years and I can't say enough about their professionalism, knowledge, care and thorough understanding of the law and how it can be applied. Every question or concern was attended to as if I was the only client that she had. If anyone has a legal issue they need to seek an attorney for this is the place that you should be going to right away. I have seen numerous lawyers to help me and no one took the time or effort to help, and With them all I received was honesty, integrity and a caring regard for me and my issues. Don't hesitate to go to Ms Lara's office if you want to get the honest theory about your case.
She told my mom she would never obtain residency in this country. This led my mom to look for a new lawyer. My mom become a resident of this country 14 years ago and has been US citizen for 7 years. This lady is not knowledgeable, I can’t imagine how many other people she’s turned away or discouraged.
The staff members of the office are extremely and unnecessarily rude. I do not believe they are aware of the fact they are selling a service. A service that is available everywhere. Immigration lawyers are everywhere and I certainly will be taking my business elsewhere and you should too! Demand respectful and kind service, it is not free, you are the consumer and should expect nothing less.
