The company is run by idiots , Kris Harvey and Tayla Ford don’t know their jobs and make numerous mistakes and blame the individual. They are slow on paperwork’s and lose paperwork yet play games and be eve answer the phone or emails . Lawrence James is a rude and disrespectful trainer who curses all the time and doesn’t teach but play games and jokes all the time . Glad I left when I did , Paragon is a way better and more professional security company .

Useless! I have been jerked around numerous times by moronic recruiters that never follow through with interviews. Omniplex was much better solo., without useless Constellis. Just my opinion.

How long does it usually take to get a response from a recruiter on positions you have applied for? Just got hired on Thursday

Bad Boss. Hope she got Covid and suffered. Boss didn't care what my side of story was. Other fellow workers were awesome and great team to work with.
