Edit: Since this review, I have been called by their customer service representative and I have felt more heard about my issues thus far and I will be reimbursed for a couple missed appointments on their end. I am feeling more confident about them handling my case. I hope that further down the line, there is more communication between the law firm and the client and that if there are appointments, for them to call and the send important documents in a timely manner.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the dedicated citizenship team and the exceptional lawyers who have worked tirelessly on my behalf. Their professionalism, expertise, and unwavering support made a complex process much smoother and more manageable. From start to finish, they demonstrated a deep commitment to ensuring my success, and I am truly grateful for their efforts. It is thanks to their hard work that this milestone has been achieved, and I will always be appreciative of the difference they’ve made in my journey.
Just pure horrible! Horrible customer service and the representative with you on the phone got a lot of sarcasm and are smart mouths. They talk to you like you’re stupid or something. They were pressuring my husband and I to making our payments on time or they would cancel our case, they wouldn’t give us a break to make our payment but they want a 48 break to check your documents and get back to you o so they say it’s more like 4 days then hours. This place is a joke they use Rafael Castillo to get you into the hoop and he promises he is going to take your case personally and it turns out that a lady is taking care of my case! I called to confirm that my husbands waiver was approved and they claim they didn’t have verification of it. Are you the lawyer? They are good to take peoples money but have horrible customer service and won’t pick up when you need help. I called about 3 hours and I was number 9 in line to be answered and the machine said someone will call you back, didn’t think it was going to take this long when you claim you have a lot of employees?? They still have the courage to ask if I would recommend someone to them. Hell No! I can not wait until they finish my case and I could get off their hair. Possibly I’m going to hire someone else. Hope I can get my money back!
They are good but oh lord they are a stalker once u call is over they will wake u up so u can sign the contract, they make u give a good review once again they are good but super bad communication between the team on team will tell u one stuff and the other one another one there is place to place a suggestion or someone to talk to about their quality Once again they are fast and efficient but in between is a big headache that u will get and all because they don't communicate between departments
Don’t even waste your money & time just for them to say to you at the end they don’t do the services you’ve asked for!
