Mr. Cremeens provided a FREE consultation, that lasted over an hour. He clearly explained our options, why we weren't eligible for the Lemon Law, and why we WERE eligible for a different, yet related law that we had no idea existed. This would involve several months of legal pursuit. He was patient, answered all our questions (we had LOTS!) and did not at all push us to pursue legal action. In fact, we decided to work things out with the dealer instead. Thanks to Mr. Cremeens we made a sound decision that had a satisfactory result. Mr. Cremeens got NOTHING out of it.
