Rude on phone. 100 bill turned into 800 and would not except a smaller payment. With everything going on in the world and millions laid off or losing their jobs they will not even work with u.I guess when u work for a lawyer ur better than everyone and can treat others like dog meat. U should b ashamed with ourselves.

Rude and unprofessional. Received a collections notice about a bill that was paid, but the receptionist didn't care and was angry that I did pay the bill. When I asked for validation, she hung up on me. Would not recommend.

Nothing says you're poor then being sued for a couple hundred bucks. I guess they needed the money more than I did. Went hungry but the poor lawyers must have been hungry longer. I'm glad I could help these poor helpless lawyers.

They are super rude on the phone. Very difficult to get ahold of.

Customer service on the phone is horrendous. These people are rude, even though you pay them on time and never miss a payment. Awful. Glad I don’t have to deal with them anymore.
