I recently set up a trust after having attended 2 excellent presentations by Mr. Dan Vu on estate planning. He was so professional, informative and explained the law using language that was understandable, organized and concise for the layperson. I set up a free appointment to discuss my personal estate planning needs. Mr. Vu gave me excellent advice and delineated a plan tailored to my situation. There was no pressure to act on it and fees were discussed upfront if I should choose to follow through on it. I felt very comfortable to ask questions during the entire meeting. I decided to pull the trigger and met with his senior paralegal, Jill Besi who generated the documents. What an outstanding lady! She made me feel so comfortable, had a great sense of humor all while maintaining a very professional and caring demeanor. They also recommended for me to meet with a financial advisor who gave me excellent guidance for future tax planning. They are all experts in Elder Law. I highly recommend this law firm! My step father was looking for help planning his estate. We are in the final stage of Hospice Care for my mother, so he was attempting to get his and her affairs in order.
