I worked with Robert J. Hanks going through a very difficult divorce. He was always prompt with legal advice and was careful and conscious about my budget after my ex zeroed all my bank accounts and nearly destroyed my business. I appreciated his help a lot. 8 months and thousands of dollars later, I’m on my third attorney as the seem to have a revolving door for representation, I have no idea what the status of my case is, and haven’t received any significant updates in months. The website doesn’t offer any option for existing clients to contact someone - it’s only for new consultations. UPDATE: I was charged $190 to figure out what was going on after no updates for 2 months - $27 just for them to read an email letting them know that nobody has contacted me and no actions have been taken since June.
