Happy anniversary Kevin. Still getting those rave reviews?? Writing yet another check in 2024 for life insurance 4 years after alimony and child support were paid off thanks to you. Long gone being upset. As I said. If I have to be reminded ever year of your incompetence....so do you. Back another year on the anniversary of making my annual life insurance payment that I should not be making due to Kevin's incompetence. Enough said. Read this and one other post for specifics on the Lawrenceville, GA search. It appears that I can't add a new review at "anniversary" time this year. Since I have to remember by writing a check every year, so should he. My Lawrenceville comment is now dated 4 years ago. Please reference it for details. In summary, you would use this firm, and Kevin specifically, at your own risk. See you next year. The annual anniversary of my insurance payment...thanks to Kevin. Not even a clause to stop it if the ex- remarries....Rave reviews here for Kevin Mammola A different perspective, in detail, on the Lawrenceville, GA Google reviews. Follow-up: C&C. You are not giving the reviewers much credit. I place this post and not long afterwards, a positive post appears for him on the Lawrenceville reviews site? Coincidence? Update: Through financial hardship (including bankruptcy), I have completed my alimony and child support obligations. However, thanks to Kevin, I still have 7 1/2 more years to pay on a life insurance policy of $250,000 with my ex- as beneficiary. In case those of you out there didn't know, standard practice is for the policy to cover the amount of alimony and child support due. I found this out after-the-fact. My amount due was never $250k. Yet Kevin felt comfortable 'negotiating' this into my mediation agreement, in a side room where I was not present, and sitting next to me while I signed it. I mistakenly trusted him to represent me. Afterwards, when I questioned him on the amount and length of term, his response was "I didn't tell you to sign it." Is this the person you want to represent you?

I do not recommend having a female lawyer from this firm. It appears that they are on the women’s side. All I received was having paperwork sent to me and was told to read it carefully. I did not and did not get an explanation and got shafted. Waste of time and money.

Cordelle and Cordelle lost a TPO case to my ex wife of whom I was able to get a previous one dismissed on my own. My attorney Adam Sutton was not prepared for court. He submitted documentation the morning of court. He did not prepare a response before court. He allowed me to testify and we lost. Communication was poor as he could not be reached prior to court visits. As a black father I felt used and ripped off. The firm charged for mileage, copies, phone calls, and looks like they charged for his nice suit. Very lazy. I reported to corporate and they support this loosing attorney. People lie on TPO and I had one dismissed for $600 with a black attorney. C&C charged me $3500 and lost. I should have stayed with competent people who care about black men. I do not recommend Cordelle and Cordelle

I would like to recommend that anyone going through a difficult life change of divorce work with Kevin Mammola of Cordell and Cordell. Kevin worked with me all the way through a difficult process to help keep me prepared for my case. He gave me excellent advice from the beginning to the end of the case knowing this was a tough personal life change. We worked very well together that resulted in a successful outcome. I consider my lawyer as the best choice I could have made and would recommend him to anyone facing the challenges of divorce.

Bottom Line Up Front: I would definitely recommend Kevin Mammola for any Family Law case. I had a very unique and difficult divorce case, and Kevin was up for the challenge. He started working on my case in March 2014 and it finally ended in August 2016. Kevin was very knowledgeable on the State of GA family laws, and with his help I was able to get everything I asked for in the final decree. As a man/father, it's difficult to get custody of children. But I was able to do so with Kevin's help. He kept an open line of communication, and was very open, honest, and realistic about expectations. He didn't sell me on unnecessary steps or try to prolong the case for his benefit. Kevin was always professional, yet personable, and he truly has the client's best interests at heart. He's empathetic, and he really cares. Kevin went way above and beyond the call of duty to protect and look out for me, and I'm sure the same for all his clients. Attorneys come a dime a dozen. But I can personally affirm that Kevin is definitely a cut above all the rest. I wholeheartedly recommend any and everyone to retain his services.
