I contacted Core for the free consultation. My previous attorney had flat out lied to me about what he had done. Simon pointed it out and what Core could do better. The next court hearing was in less than two weeks and it went ok. Didn't get everything but Core talked a good game. Unfortunately it is all talk. Personality wise, they are for the most part friendly people, but at the end of the day you are a paycheck. Like Simon said, many attorneys go into Family Law for the money ? Core is no different.nOne of their marketing tactics is assuring you anyone can help you. Each family law attorney is included in all emails. If you have a concern about your case you call them and rest assured someone will help you. Not true. I got an email, which they billed me for, stating that is only for emergency situations. Well when I needed their input it was an emergency situation and they weren't there. Twice. I was told I could only talk to Brittney, but she was too busy. I could call back next week or send her an email.nAppointment times are not important to Core. It doesn't matter to them that you are paying them to call you. They will forget to call which requires you to call them. Then you are placed on hold for 15 minutes without apology, just don't complain about it. In fact, you can't comment on anything you do not like. They will write up an email ? which they bill you for ? explaining that they don't want to hear about it.nPatti the paralegal was horrible. The worst customer service and generally all around rude personality. And Core allowed it. Even defended her in an email (that I was billed for). Where is Patti now? She was let go for treating the clients poorly. Apparently I was not the only one who didn't appreciate being told I had to rearrange my schedule to talk to my attorney. nTheir customer service needs improvement and they should practice what they preach.

Mr. Budhwani really takes the time to get to know you and your case. Even without hiring him he was very concerned about me and the situation. He has heart and it is very obvious it is not just about the money for him. He was my 4th or 5th consultation and he was so much different then the rest. I know he would give my case the utmost care.
