Although sometime hard to get ahold of, my attorney Thomas Ross always responded to my calls, had a great attitude, and was a fantastic attorney who got me a bond ON probation, and instead of prison / a state run facility rehab, I got to choose my own. I wish I could've walked away, but this attorney was the best I think I've ever had. Hopefully I never need to use them again but if I do, I'm coming back! Thank you again.
I believe the staff are writing their own reviews even on their website. If you read each review you will see what I'm talking about. As far as communication there is none what so ever. The only communication they do in my experience is call to check on the payment. They can't call and say" hey I just want to touch bases with you regarding your case". No, I have to call them about my case. Mr. Corso this really falls on you being that you have opened this office in Houston and you are a activist on the radio. Really? Your Houston location is NOT the finest. Which falls on you. If you can be untruthful about a case I can see why your Houston location is ran the way it is Mr. Corso. Not good at all. Why not hire more attorneys that way the one you have will not look burned out?
I highly recommend Christopher Corso and his team of lawyers. Christopher Corso is a superb attorney who is committed to giving his clients his best. I have nothing but the upmost respect for this firm and its employees.
Great team of people that are super easy to work with. They are great with keeping you informed and in the loop and making sure you understand what they're saying.
Terrible terrible experience. There was little communication and things were sprang on me at the last minute. Weeks went by with no returned phone call. If your lawyer tells you that your case does not affect him you should get another one. I would never recommend them to anyone.
