I hired mr. Roth to settle my ez tag case. He spent close to 6 months to get an answer. When we got news of this answer he only managed to lower my settlement by $1000. Everytime I would call he would tell me that he is working on the case or sometimes he would not pick up at all. Lack of communication with mr. Roth. If you ever need your ez tag to be lowered, you're better off just contacting ez tag durectly.

If I could.. I’d rate a -0. I completed the information retrieval questionnaire on the site as Cory himself recommended. The phone assured a follow up call confirming acceptance or decline update after review. Approximately 3 weeks later I called him. He answered and stated “He prefers his clients to do.” These instructions would have NEVER been communicated If I did not CALL. This is RIDICULOUS!
