Ken Cossingham is my personal and family attorney for the past 10 years. That includes at least two real estate sales and closings. All transactions were handled professionally and expeditiously. Attorney Cossingham has been our family attorney for over 20 years. He and his great staff have seen us through acquisitions, financial planning, and probating estates. He is meticulous and smart. Attorney Cossingham knows the law, but best of all he is honest. He is a great lawyer AND a great person.

Used them for a New Hampshire probate issue. Total waste of 20 grand. many missteps and wasted efforts. Told we would be crazy not to pursue, then ten grand into it story totally changes. Went through money quickly, much of the time was spent pursuing things we did not ask them to. Had to repeat facts over and over and it felt like we had to instruct them on every step. The first court appearance he shows up with a massive stain on his suit. Got nothing for our money. stay away.
