IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone, EVER!! When they do answer they interrupt you and rush you off the phone without answering your questions. Every person I have spoken to has told me different things. VERY SHADY. Was told to email them , on a later call was told they don't respond to emails. Meanwhile they continue to garnish my wages even though my balance has been paid off. This should be illegal, currently looking for legal assistance on this matter.

It's very frustrating when I'm calling to obtain very important information and never recieve an answer. I've e-mailed and left messages as well for the past 2 weeks. I got to speak to someone one time about 2 1/2-3 weeks ago and was told to call back in a week to get said information. Each time I sit on hold waiting for an answer for 10-15 minutes before it's just goes to an answering machine.....well leaving messages doesn't seem to work either.

My wages were being garnished for a legitimate debt that I owed. I paid the debt paid in full, but my wages were still being garnished 3 pay periods later. Four months later I receive a refund check of $58.92 for overpayment but they owe me close to $700.00. Just as other reviewers have alluded to when you contact them you get sent to voicemail and no one ever responds back to you. You're relegated to making multiple calls every day while speaking with gatekeepers that only have the ability to send you to voicemail again.

Terrible shady business. Submitted a lawsuit against me, so I tried to call them 3 times a day for 6 days in a row. I left 3 voicemails, no response. I finally got someone on the phone and offered a settlement. They did not even acknowledge that I submitted that until 4 days later. After that I accepted a payment plan and made the first payment. They continued the suit against me, trying to get my wages garnished even though I agreed to a payment plan and made the first payment. If you want to make an agreement with them, be ready to call 3-5 times a day before you get anyone and continue to call back to make sure they're going to do what they say they are. update: almost 3 months after I got served and created a payment plan with this company, they are still suing me and still will drop the suit. Additionally, after I submitted an answer to the suit 28 days after it was served, they stopped letting me make payments on their website. This company obviously only wants to get wage garnishments and has absolutely no intention of making good on payment plans with the consumer they are suing. The lawyer with this company I finally got to speak to, Chad Benoit, tried to blame the situation taking 3 months on me. These people use unethical methods to try to take your money, not settle a debt. They WILL try to run out the clock to get a default judgement for you. Another update: I was supposedly moved to jaffe and Asher, but have no way of contacting them. The only person who apparently can get in touch with them is chad Benoit. He’s saying I haven’t sent in a payment that I mailed over a week ago and telling me to call jaffe and Asher to make a payment, but there’s no way to get anyone on the phone at that company. The reviews of this company that are more than 1 star HAVE to be from employees.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. These people will flat out lie to you. I documented every time/date/person I spoke with and when I called back they either never worked there or they were too busy and has to start all over with a new person. Their firm in Arkansas lies just as bad as they do. They are rude, inconsiderate, and down right hateful people that should not be in business.
