Diana C. O'Hara has done a fast and accurate closing for me. She has taken on some of Gary Klines clients. It was slow at first but once she got settled, she got it done in 1 week.
I would not recommend this firm for real estate closings in the Broome County NY. A great deal of time was lost due to poor communication/follow-up. I would often have to wait days for a simple email response. Here we are several weeks later and I'm still waiting for copies of my closing documents. They even made a careless mistake on the purchase contract, one you would not expect a professional law firm to make. Fortunately, I re-read through it before acknowledging an error for a few grand. Sheesh.
Have to say not to pleased with the service at all, never ever get calls back, i basically did alot of the work, been a year and a half waiting to settle and estate that should have been settled 6 months ago, i realize they are busy, and some things do take time, but dont say you will get back to us in a few weeks and months and months go by, and then we have to call them back and have to wait more because they never respond. We are just as important as any other client. Have to say as of right now im no to happy.
Mark Smith is awesome to work with. He and Samantha were attentive, quick to respond, and made our buying process quite simple. I would highly recommend them!
