Coulter, Harris, & Loftus, P.C.

I had settled a dispute 03/2010. They failed to inform the court and refused to sent me a letter when asked even though they said they would previously. I was trying to refinance, I was informed about this. I called the office of Donald Coulter. It was verified the case was settled. but they "forgot"to inform court. Later they changed their story and said the court lost the papers. They promised me they would send me something in writing. Never sent. I sent a fax informing D. Coulter, he ignored. My refinance fell thru only because of this. I called back to the office to find out why this was not sent. Jim S. took over the phone. Jim S verified my contact information to send an e-mail confirmation and letter. He was very abusive at all times. When I informed him my refinance feel through because of this, he started screaming at me. "What the hell you want?" "It was the court who lost it" When I said I would like to talk to Donald Coulter to complain about his behavior, he continued yelling "No, I refuse, you are not talking to anybody"...When I said I would file complaint with Attorney General, he encouraged me by yelling more "Do whatever damn thing you want" then hung up on me. Even though he said he would previously, after I said I wanted to complain, he retaliated by refusing to send it. They illegally blocked me. While I was filing a complaint with AG, etc I noticed Donald Coulter was disciplined before. Unethical, despicable, disrespectful, unlawful.

I spoke with a Shannon- the legal secretary for Mr. Coulter's office who refused to verify my case information and literally yelled and interuppted me the entire conversation. She stated that "she had more important things to do and didn't want to do the research" to assist me in clarifying my issue held within this law office. She then began to rant about how her hearing was bad and that was the reason she raised her voice, and if I didn't like it then too bad. What ever happened to customer service and professionalism??

On November 18 I received a subpoena from this firm to appear as a witness to a civil suit. I contacted their office and I was told by the assistant that I had to appear even though I could not add anything to their case. The subpoena was to appear in court on 12/12/2019 and I went (during working hours) only to find out in the courthouse that the case was dismissed on Nov 6. The clerk at the courthouse commented that it would have been nice to have been notified so i would not waste my time. I find these actions to be very unprofessional and unethical from a law firm and I would never recommend anybody to retain their services.

There should be a ZERO star! Did not have my best interests but what was easy for him. Kept making the SAME CHANGES to my legal paperwork, saying I would not agree to the other party's unreasonable terms. His assistant had me go ahead and sign final papers, ehich I noted the changes they didn't make - my signature only on the last page, they went ahead and used my signature and reprinted the pages I made changes to, to remove my changes and submitted illegaly, knowing I couldn't afford to fight it. Also, completely removing an intrical part, which wasn't even contested, tried to bill me for extra, as a separate filing. I can't say if they are lazy or incompetent. But to make matters worse, I get emotional when I am very distraught, upset, angry, and couldn't help crying, in which I was told to "Put your big girl panties on." You pay your lawyer to represent YOU. To be on YOUR side. I was at a very low point in my life due to the circumstances and to be told that when I was clearlycso upset, on top of the fact, I had made that particular issue very clear and somehow it was left out, resulting in having to reapply somr paperwork. DO NOT TRUST!!!!

don coulter was appointed by the court to over see the sale of 3 houses .. well he under priced the houses by 100 thousand each tried to force me out of my house . only to try and buy the properties him self for much less then market value .. not sure what else to say other then he is the worst form of a lawyer you can find . the man should not be able to practice law. him and ms croft of farrell and croft are nothing more then crooks .
