I couldn't even finish the screening call because of how rude the lady was! Whoever she is, she should be terminated on the spot! I am sure her bosses would have a problem with her behavior!
The rudest phone screener I have ever been connected to. Im sure this business does great things to help people in need and I appreciate that! I just wish I hadn't been humiliated and treated like I was the last person on earth this screener wanted to talk to or help.
No answer on phone. When the automation answered. The say they cannot answer your call. Please call back then they hang up on you. How rude is that? !!!!!#
There are not many legal resources for people with limited resources. Thank goodness for CALL!!!
Seeing a lot of bad reviews but I had a good experience. Very professional and straight to the point. Only complaint is the length of time I spent on hold. Thank you for you advice.
