Stop thinking about it. You need to hire Chuck. I became injured, after helping out an elderly client of the company that I work for, moving furniture. My knee, a torn meniscus, and boy the pain is a terrible thing to put up with! Not only did it affect my duties with work, it also stopped me from enjoying time with my family, I felt defeated. Next to no communication about my father's case. You have to call them to find out what's going on. It should be the other way around. They're taking forever to settle his case. I guess they don't take their clients seriously.
