Cowardin, Kim, Smith, Anderson & Riddle

We chose Miss Nosuk Kim as our lawyer because she was recommended by someone and because of her long experience in the field but we had a very disappointing experience! We hired her to sue USCIS and she said that's what she will do but first she needs to send two letters before actually starting the law suit. She and her team moved very slowly, everything took much longer than she initially told us and 3 months later we were told that she would prefer not going ahead with the lawsuit?!?!?!?And that we should just wait longer! When my husband told her that he can not do that and he will look for another lawyer she said she is happy that he decided to do that. We were shocked and confused. After telling us how she has done lawsuits before and how many people she knows at the immigration office...bla bla, the outcome of our collaboration was shocking and ridiculous! My husband is waiting for more than 2 years already and she waisted our precious time and money (1000$) for two identical letters that did nothing for my husbands case! We started working with attorney Mendoza 3 weeks ago and she has already started the lawsuit, she is very professional. I hope this review is helpful for someone and will help save time and money. P.S. My husband was called for the oath ceremony just a few days later after the lawsuit by Mendoza.

Ms. Kim is experienced and professional to the nth degree. She stays up to date on current law practices, changes and outcomes and uses that information and knowledge to help clients. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat.
