CP Law Group

My accident was in October of 2023. My case was originally given to Nichols law group... at some point CP branched off from Nichols... somehow they got my case (didn't ask for CP but ok)... well November December comes around and I'm asking for updates... Dave Urot was telling me "oh its the holidays. You know how insurance companies are about getting things done around this time". So OK cool I'm patient. U finished my chiropractor appointments in January. I was continuing to ask for updates. Nothing. So finally in March I get a letter of dismissal from CP due to them "not being able to locate the at fault insurance"... So what was yall doing in the months of November to February???? And why was I being spoken to by Mr. Urot as if everything was done on my end??? Anyhow I found a new attorney and in the same day he located the fourth party and determined the chart they had on the accident report was wrong. So blessing after a curse.

The CP Law group was excellent handling my case. They negotiated my settlement and got me top dollar & didn’t charge a ridiculous percent like some other firms. After hiring this lawfirm they were terrible . I had to constantly call them to get any updates on my case. Jade Lee also to be exact . She seemed as if she didn’t care too much about my case . Then after months of getting no where they dismissed my case. Would not recommend this lawfirm at all. Horrible.
