Poor example of a law firm. The woman who answers the phone is very nice, so the one star is for her. Other than that they are trash. Their fees are outrages, they have horrible communication, it is incredibly hard to get information from them and you HAVE to jump through their circus hoops to get YOUR information. I have no idea why my HOA partners with them. STAY AWAY. I just called to get information on how to send my payment because the email they said would contain all the information requires you to call their office back to get the rest of the information I need and their voicemail indicates they are closed. The voicemail also says their hours of operation are M-F 8:30- 5pm...clearly not.

Do I start with the incompetence of this law group, the unprofessional of the staff especially with Georgia or the fact that these people are straight up crooks? My fiancé and I are new homeowners and just had a baby. Figuring out how to pay the HOA was absolutely HELL. Was never told how to go about paying and when contacting our HOA directly you get the run around. Long story short we were late and as a new mother and father it easily slipped our mind, An honest mistake. But when contacting crab tree after we received a letter in the mail, it was already $945 dollars due from $211 originally. They said we’ve been getting the other letters and that we were basically gonna have to pay it or foreclose on our new home. We never got the other letters and when I asked who signed for them, Georgia told me it was a scribble but “ that’s how people sign nowadays” not me sweetie. Which that was a whole separate issue with the mail man signing for me and we NEVER got the letters. I asked about payment arrangements and they’ll add an EXTRA $300 just for the payment plan. CROOKS. So we went ahead and paid it in full. They won’t tell you your balance over the phone so make sure to keep your copies of things they send you. Georgia advised me it was against policy to give out my balance over the phone and whom to make the check out to because “it’s on your paper” . What an absolute joke of a law group. The lawyers are too busy being crooks that they leave their employees to do the dirty work and make them look even worse. For anyone reading this and wanting to shut this place down, just complain to the state bar, after so many complaints they will be investigated. Maybe they can use the money they’re robbing people of to get Georgia some Customer service and professionalism classes, I think she’d benefit from it. Glad to finally be done with my interactions from this horrid and unethical law group.

Criminals in suits. I just recently returned from deployment and found a claim of lien referencing unpaid HOA fees. I would take fault in saying that I failed to pay them... If I didn't keep an entire year's worth of backlogged mail to prevent issues like these, including moneypages and such. I haven't received a single bit of correspondence at all for the past year, to include both from the HOA and Crabtree law, with the exception of the claim and a pink slip of a letter which failed to send just on 9/7. After calling them to figure this out, they made an argument that they did in fact send me letters, they just never made it, and claimed that that was legally "all they were required to do." In other words, they just had to pretend they sent the letters and cash in on the free attorney fees. From 600$ to 1700$. Absolute criminals.

This is the firm for my HOA. I reach out to them on 08/30 as directed by my HOA as I wanted to pay off arrears and future payment for the year. It takes them 10 days to send me statement. The statement has added attorney fees from 09/06 in the amount of $400 plus a separate administrative fee. All added after communication initiated. This company is money hungry and very unethical. I understand that I was late on paying fees but to add an additional $500 on top of the accruing interest is just wrong. Previously, I overpaid the account and magically the overpayment money disappeared and was not given to the HOA. No statement was provided of the funds received no receipt. When asked, I was not given. This company clearly has alot of ethical issues.

**Outrageous and Disgusting Experience with Crabtree Law Group PA** I am beyond furious with the despicable service I received from Crabtree Law Group PA. From the very first phone call, I had the misfortune of dealing with Georgia, whose nasty attitude was immediately apparent. She was rude, condescending, and downright unprofessional. It felt like she was going out of her way to make my experience as miserable as possible. To make matters worse, this disgusting company has the nerve to charge ABSURD and RIDICULOUS fees after HOA dues are paid. They are quick to swoop in and collect their outrageous fees without providing a shred of decent service or assistance. Crabtree Law Group PA is an absolute disgrace, and their customer service is a complete joke. I am livid that I had to endure this horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a law group. They don't deserve anyone's business!
