I was having trouble with a local business who installed hvac equipment in my home. The equipment was not working properly and after months of hassling them to fix or replace the equipment I stopped hearing back from their manager. I went to a few lawyers who seemed interested in helping, but John Grady was who I went with. I emailed John a brief summary of the issues I had been having. I met with him and Paul Kelly and I was impressed to see they had already done some research. They were very personable and respectful of my situation. We went through every possibility of what could be wrong with the equipment and created a plan to move forward with. They were very transparent and realistic about what my options were. John got in touch with the company and we were able to settle the issue without going to court. John gave me the leverage I needed to hold the company accountable. I would not hesitate to reach out to him again if I ever run into any issues.

My wife and I met with John Grady regarding a potential legal matter (consumer protection relating to home construction). John was generous with his time. Despite it just being a consultation, he thoughtfully and thoroughly reviewed our case with us in detail. He was straightforward and let us know that although we were morally in the right, litigating the matter would likely cost us more in legal fees than it would gain through the courts. We ultimately decided not to pursue further litigation but appreciated John's honesty and expertise. If you want someone to harass you after losing the case and not having a single right of yours upheld in a child custody case, definitely don't go here. I used Jeff and agreed to the initial fees and they were paid, it was only after miscellaneous time and money was suddenly added towards the case which did not produce not a single result that issues started to arise. Most of the work was already done going into the case, facts and evidence were submitted, numbered and personally hand delivered to the court. Jeff provided a list of about 10 questions for court and was against a pro se litigant yet lost. Dealing with this offices bill collection department was stressful, as it seems as if they don't want your money sometimes and make you feel less for paying 1000$ at a time. What is discussed with Jeff doesn't appear to be relayed to billing, which leads to some uncomfortable questions. Their job is to receive money, if she had questions she should ask her boss about amounts. Once presented with the facts of him losing the case, he offers to settle for less. After previous telling him I can't afford to pay half of the entire amount within a week, the harassment continued with threats of action. Payments have been 1k a month, for a failed lawyer with threats of action . All in all, i would have bettered off representing myself and saved my self the almost 10k of which half was already paid and harassment.

Jeff Craig gained my confidence from the first meeting. He is professional and knowledge about the law and really stuck to his guns against an adversary who was hot headed. Mr Craig was concise in our communication but kept me informed which was considerate to my finances. I would highly recommend his office and especially him if you need legal representation.
