This firm has no integrity, Alan Gerson and his partners all conspired and defrauded me and my family out of over a 300k from a real estate transaction gone bad. And Alan knew about the details and he and the seller and title worked together to hide pertinent information in regards to the property and made sure to it that I never seen that information to get the sale for the seller, which he knew. Total conflict of interest, negligence, and failure on his part to uphold his fiduciary duties. He, seller, and title need to be indicted and prosecuted for their actions.
