Craig is completely unreachable. Doesn’t answer the phone or even read your emails. His assistant will constantly tell you he’s busy and if she takes a message, he will never return your call. There were 2 years where my company accidentally changed my address and incorrectly withdrew NY taxes. Both times Craig said it was not going to make a difference if we corrected this. After running the numbers last year, it did in fact make a big difference! I wish I had pushed him to do the same on the prior year, but I trusted his advice. Last year I had to submit additional information to the IRS after filing and Craig was nowhere to be found. He took my money, yet I was left to fend for myself and submit the forms alone after trying endlessly to reach him for weeks. What did I even pay for? If I wanted to do my taxes alone I would use TurboTax….
