"Very dissatisfied with this firm. Called and asked to meet with Ms. Nova and arranged an appointment . Took the day off from work and when I arrived I was told that she was unavailable and that Michael Evans could see me. Would have been nice if they told me this before my arrival. Strike 1! I met with Mr. Evans and explained my child support case and the amount of money that was owed to me. He agreed to take my case and explained that I was entitled to monies and he would file a motion with the court. Fifteen months later and nothing was done aside from them taking $1500 from me. No court case as promised and I was basically ignored for well over a year while they took my money. If you call or email they will just charge you $150 it more for 5 minutes of their time. I was told the attorney needed to do research for my case and that is why I had to pay $1500. Research for child support which is what this firm specializes in? What a joke! Save your money and go some place else where the attorney cares about helping you rather than taking your money. If I could rate this firm they would get O stars! Very unprofessional from the beginning. When I wasn't able to meet with the original attorney I was scheduled to see I should have just left. Lessons learned! Plenty of better lawyers out there who will actually work for you. I would have rather donated my $1500 to a charity that deserves or needs money rather than this firm!"

"Disheartened by representation I received from Weinberger Law Group. After paying my retainer it was difficult to get a response from my attorney. Although he had been retained months before my custody hearing, my attorney showed up clearly having only reviewed my file the day before. To add insult to injury an error was made on my parenting agreement. An error that should have been caught by my attorney. I was told to have it corrected I would have to retain his services again. Writing this so no other parent has to regret their decision."

"Knowing I had a very challenging up-hill battle involving my ex and changing the custody and parenting time schedule of our young children, I researched custody and family lawyers diligently. I consulted several law firms and ultimately went with Weinberger Law Group. I was fortunate enough to be assigned Ms. Carmela Novi. With Ms. Novi's help, we mapped out a plan which provided realistic expectations. She explained what I needed to do to ensure the best outcome for my children. Ms. Novi kept the focus on the best interests of my children, even when my ex tried to make our case (we ultimately went to trial) about something other than what was in the best interests of the children. Ms. Novi is very experienced, and fantastic in the court room. I hate to see anyone go through what I have gone through fighting for what is best for my children, but if that fight has to happen, I highly recommend having Ms. Novi provide representation."
