Craige, Jenkins, Liipfert & Walker Llp

My wife and I used the services of Craige Jenkins to close on the purchase of our home that required the wire transfer of funds from the sale of our previous home plus additional funds from our checking account. The actual closing was all done electronically since we did not attend the closing in person. Overall, the closing was without incident. Note that I never spoke with anyone from Mr. Jenkins' office, but my real estate agent did. It was somewhat confusing as to what was expected of me and exactly when. We were in the middle of moving at the time so we did not have internet access and electronic signatures were done via cell phones. I think a bit more up front communications would have helped allay confusion.
