Terrible experience. My closing took almost a year. It took very long to get any responses or updates. She didn’t notice but instead, I myself found an issue with the title search because the plot of land I was purchasing was not legally divided yet. She had no advise or guidance on the process, I looked up everything on my own. I had to keep reminding her to reach the seller and advise that a legal division needed to be done to proceed. She didn’t drop my case early but instead she kept my case for many months while my bank was charging me weekly fees to hold my interest rate. Then she asked me to call land lawyers to give me more advise (the lawyers I called kept telling me that it would be conflict of interest to advise me if I already had a lawyer who should be able to help me)……….. Finally, I got a new lawyer who quickly reviewed the information, connected with the town and worked with the seller to resolve the issue - 2 weeks later, I was able to close.

If u looking for a accident lawyer I highly recommend sam she's hands on and very attentive to her clients I'd vote her for mayor.
