Christine is very informative and a great listener. She thoroughly explained my case, and then laid out the different ways to proceed. I didn't have a wait to be called back into her beautiful conference room. She quickly got started by listening and taking notes. I felt heard and understood. I am confident in her ability to handle my case. I left her office with a lot more knowledge which relieved my mind. Her staff was awesome and very kind!!!
