Tiffany is great! This is a well run property management company. They respond to requests quickly and can always be reached by phone. Very prompt response time. Excellent budget forecasting and property preservation. Association dues at our property only went up $5 in 7 years and renovations and repairs were not sacrificed. That is amazing! I tell everyone I got lucky with this place thanks to how it’s managed. Also, delinquent accounts were also reduced dramatically. Thank you for all you’ve done!

She is always available in case of emergencies or resident concerns. Repair requests are quickly executed. Board and budget documents are accurate and always available. Just rented a beautiful spot at the Minnehaha Condominiums for the past year. Tiffany with Crockett and Associates, who is the property manager, was wonderful to work with when it came to any request or issue. Super easy experience with Tiffany and team. She's quick to respond if you need help, and is easy to work with if you need anything. Lived at a property managed by her for two years and really enjoyed living there.

In the last month I have received an erroneous bill for a building facility change, and received a completely unprofessional voicemail late in the evening without receiving any proof to justify the claim. I served on the Board of Directors for the association for four years. Financial reports provided to the Board were inaccurate (I'm a CPA), and the property manager didn't timely act on building maintenance concerns that resulted in a multimillion construction project. I have to imagine there are far better options out there.
