Horrible. Wasted me so much money, still lost my case. Mr Moser seemed professional the first time I met him. After they took my money, everything went down hill. My monthly invoices were from $2k to $8k it was scary really. Their front desk changed many times during my case and so did their other team members. Basically every time they changed employees they asked me same paperwork again and charged me again and again for the same stuff I gave to the previous employees. They charged me over $2k to review and print out some texts between my ex and I. Worst part of their service is they don't communicate with you and they don't keep good records of the case.

This is an update to my previous review because either Google won't let me edit, or because I'm too inept to figure it out. John Moser returned my call quickly today, and he provided me the information I needed promptly. He also apologized and explained that his firm had seen many changes recently. He was also very interested to know how things had turned out since he worked with me. He was pleasant, and I really appreciated his follow up. It was a pleasure to hear from him.

I would give them one star, but when they represented me in my divorce in 2015, John was compassionate, and his office staff was caring and diligent. It was a very tough, high-conflict divorce, and they helped me gain primary custody of my children. Paying them has been another matter entirely. Payment arrangements were made a little over a year ago, and I've been slowly paying off my balance (at 24.5% interest). When I called to inquire about my interest rate, I was told to look at the agreement I signed when I hired them, and when I asked for a copy of it, they never sent it. Now I haven't received an invoice since October although the checks I send them are still being cashed. I would like to try to pay my remaining balance in full, but after many calls and emails, I get no response. Nobody ever answers the phone - it always goes to voicemail and my calls are never returned.

Big waist of money! They don't return calls in a timely manner. They don't keep you updated on case. Just a huge waist of money!! Don't use Moser and Moser.. I want to warn as many people as I can.

Office very difficult to communicate with. Calls not returned in a timely fashion. Staff unable to open flash drive but did not inform me for more than 3 weeks. Weeks went by before I was apprised of the status of my case. Deadlines were unnecessarily prolonged. Attorneys very argumentative with me, and emails were very wordy to defend themselves. Actual advice regarding my case was minimal. Risks, benefits and alternatives of pursuing litigation not explained to me before case accepted. I hired another attorney who seemed to understand my case immediately.
