I used this firm, specifically Lee Sherman, with help on a personal injury claim. Nothing but stellar service from Lee, Shawn, and Liz. Very satisfied with the outcome!
I worked with Ryan for a severance agreement with my ex-employer. All of his advice and suggestions and tactics backfired and put me in a worse position than if I had just negotiated on my own. I went into the engagement with just wanting Ryan to review and flag anything that seemed out of norm. - He flagged a number of issues with the agreement that weren't things we should accept and a week later, he seemed to be okay with most of them except for two even though the company hadn't changed positions. - He had the position that we shouldn't accept less than x, and then said that amounts less than that were a good deal - He suggested that it was better to have legal negotiating for me, and didn't explain the downsides and risks to that. The employer cut me out of the picture and would only deal with him which blocked me from working with leadership for more severance - He didn't talk me through that if he would negotiate directly that it could (and did) result in them taking a hardline It seemed that often his suggestions were more for bubbling up billing costs than actually getting me the best result. Ultimately I was worse off and heavily regret working with CTSC.
I have never received legal services, however I question their ethics since they let their paralegals use company time and access to court systems to research their boyfriends ex's. Completely unprofessional.
this firm is why lawyers get a bad name. Unprofessional, they will not return calls and have no problem ripping you off. Beware this is the worst of the worst seek other firm.
