Reviews

This is one of the best law firms in the country. I recommend them to anyone. Julie is the best lawyer I’ve ever known. She is honest, fair and hard working. My family is happy, prosperous, safe and sound. There is nothing too tough for Julie. Thank You Julie!
I went with this law firm based on a recommendation from another lawyer in Santa Fe. I wish I could take that decision back. The communication was terrible, and they charged way too much money, for just reading email, they strung things out, and were not representing, and had a lot of excuses. Everything you do not want in a law firm. If you want to spend a lot of money, and get absolutely nothing, then go with these people.
I would like to offer a shining review of the attorney, Julie Wittenberger of Cuddy & McCarthy Law Firm. Julie was my third attorney in a divorced that included domestic violence and child abuse. Julie is a top-notch attorney. She not only has impeccable knowledge of the Family Court System and Family Court Services, but she possesses compassion. She is level-headed and very skilled in the courtroom. I cannot speak highly enough about Julie and her team at Cuddy McCarthy. If your divorce is complicated and high conflict, then Julie Wittenberger Is the attorney for you.
Watch out for this company. I started working with an attorney on a fairly simple matter and it started dragging out with nothing done. Finally I couldn't get a response to my calls and email. It cost me a lot of time and money with nothing to show for it. Nothing I can do but start over with someone else. If I did business that way I would be out of business.
