If I could give a 0, I would. Intake receptionist lacked compassion and empathy for potential clients. Wouldn’t answer simple question such as “how’s your day going,” and “what’s your name.” Lawyers could be awesome or it might be the culture at this firm. I wouldn’t know because my information didn’t get taken. After stating I had a broken wrist from my injures, catastrophic injuries is the only kind of cases she stated they work on.
I can’t say enough good things about Joseph and Patrick. They are amazing and compassionate lawyers. They have fought for us and my son, and they continue to fight the good fight. They are honest and truthful. They have the medical knowledge that most lawyers don’t in malpractice cases. I trust them with every decision I have been presented with in my case.
These guys are the real deal! Honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. After much research, we chose them to represent my daughter who suffered a very traumatic birth injury. The Cullan brothers never stopped advocating for us and were AMAZING in the court room. They don't back down easily! They genuinely care about their clients and work hard to try to make things right. I am grateful for their hard work and dedication in seeking justice for our family.
To early to sat but after my attempts to express my concerns they now are giving me some answers to my concerns. They should follow up more often than every 45 days at least with clients. I will continue to give them the benefit of doing their job.
apparantly, they dont want my wifes liver failure case due to potential malpractice even though we got a letter of a possible case filed on our behalf. oh well, their loss, is someones gain
