I met Mr. Cutrera in the first part of 2020 in concerns of having to file 3rd party custody for a family member. Upon our meeting Mr. Cutrera he was very knowledgeable and seemed to have a lot of experience in matters like ours. Upon deciding we needed to take this HUGE step Mr. Cutrera filed the motions that needed to be done. Over the course of the next year we had three trial dates. During this case there needed to be a private investigator that gathered information for our case. Mr. Cutrera and the private investigator worked together great. As this case went on there was many delays due to the Covid Pandemic but Mr. Cutrera didn’t skip a beat he keep fighting for a child that needed to be saved from a bad situation. Mr. Cutrera skills during the depositions was the best I’ve ever seen or heard. He was able to get information that was crucial for the trial. During this case we had three trial dates and I was most impressed because Mr. Cutrera seemed to memorize all information we had provided him and was utmost professional during all the trials. Once the trial dates were over and we in waiting for the decision Mr. Cutrera was available pretty much anytime for all our questions. In May of 2021 we got the decision that included 3rd party custody sole and legal. If you have a case that you think might have to go to trial I would highly recommend Mr. Cutrera as his knowledge in family law is 1st class. Mr. Cutrera saved a child!!!!
