They are very intelligent and concerned with my livelihood. Our appointment took longer than expected and Dan respectfully came out to my mother's vehicle and apologized.. It was very kind, professional, and congenial. I am confident that I am very well taken care of.

Dan is a wonderful attorney!!!! He has gone above and beyond in helping with what began as a child support modification that quickly turned into a child custody trial, which has lasted over 2+ years. He never wavered and has always had my children’s best interest at heart, even when he was out of the country with his son he was a phone call away. I could never thank him enough.

I called for a consultation on 12/14/2020 at 8:43 am. The person I spoke with told me the earliest I could have a consult was 12/23/2020. I had a scenario where time could've been of the essence and expressed this to her (not in those exact words but I referenced the deadline). I asked if I could call back after consulting an involved party since I've never been in this situation. She seemed fine with it and was pleasant enough. I called back at 11:16 (right after I received the response from the involved party) on the same day and spoke to a different individual. This individual put me on hold to consult with the person I had spoken with that morning. Apparently they decided that I'd now need to pay a $250 fee to have a consultation on 12/30/2020! When I referenced the lack of a fee being mentioned on my initial inquiry and the earlier date, she simply said "No, its 12/30 and the fee of $250 must be paid before the call." Luckily, another attorneys office (who isn't taking new clients until the beginning of the year) was compassionate enough to tell me about the SC Bar website & I've been referred to what (so far) seems to be a much better practice. The moral of the story is: Your front line makes the difference. You could be the best attorney in the world but I'll never know because I never made it beyond the receptionists.

Very good experience. I was looking for a lawyer to prepare a will for my family and because it was more than just a simple Will he recommended a very good lawyer that dose more in-depth ones. The cost was very reasonable. Dan is a very personable and sincere lawyer that will take time for your needs and help if he can. I would highly recommend him.

Worse attorney ever!! Represented My friend in 2003 who received 45 yrs in prison. After his conviction, Mr. Dan told my friend he realized he made some mistakes and advised him to file PCR, promising him he would inform the courts of his errors, well when the time came for Mr. Dan to do so, he later denied advising my friend to file PCR and denied helping him. What was so hurtful, my friend really trusted and believed in Dan who later turned his back & refused to right his wrong. Til this day, my friend still maintain his innocence and all the evidence proves his innocence. How could you Mr. D'agostino wake up every morning knowing you lied & refused to help your client? How could you sleep at night knowing an innocent man was sentenced to 45yrs in prison under your watch knowing all the evidence proved he's innocent? What kind of deal did you work with the state for his conviction? Worse attorney ever. He will sell you out for a promotion
