Hired Attorney Meza for two criminal cases with immigration hold(Dallas & Denton). I really appreciate the fact that he acknowledge I became a single mother of 3 over night . Instead of having intencions of stealing money from me. 1) He was honest on telling me if he was able to help me with the cases. 2) Gave me a discount plus worked with me on a payment plan. 3) Didn't wait to be paid in full in order to start working on the cases. 4) Met with me the day of court and explained everything in detail. I do suggest for the attorney to hire at least 2 more assistants. In my opinion, I believe it's a lot of work for Esmeralda to answer calls, return calls, follow up with appointments, follow up with the court, follow up with the attorney, etc. The process was not easy and I thank God for guiding me and The Meza Law Firm.

mr. Mesa I spoke to you on Sunday you told me to call your office on Monday. I called 4 times on Monday morning no answer then I’ll call back on Tuesday. No answer. Your receptionist return my call back and then tells me that was my recent for calling was a little extreme that I call you so many times to her that from your receptionist very disappointing this is how your receptionist returns peoples calls back I told her I wanted to take care of a traffic violation trying to give you my business and this is the way your employees talk to your customer when people are trying to give you their business very disappointed understand you’re busy but me myself own a business my employees will never talk to the customer like this would not be accepted in my own business for anybody to talk to a customer like this. I really wanted to use you as my attorney. You were very nice when I spoke to you on Sunday. Hopefully you can change this for your customers.
