Worst experience ever. From buying to financing, to taking possession we have had nothing but problems

Barbara was the sales rep for my buyers... we closed last week on their new beautiful home! Great Builder!

There was an extremely rude "sales manager" named Stacy. We were serious buyers. She already looked a little bothered at the beginning and had a bit of attitude. Maybe the fact we didn't look the part? Honestly I don't understand why she snapped. I was excited to know that they had other neighborhoods available. So I asked " which one do you think we should go to next? Which is your favorite". She seemed hesitant then gave me snarky remark "oh well I go for the one that is 500k if you're willing to spend that kind of money". I simply said, well I didn't say that". Then she flipped on me and said "well I dunno you're being real condescending to me blah blah blah blah.... " I tuned out for the rest and was just "like are you serious?" and walked away. What kind of salesman is that. Listen Stacy if you're reading this and you hate your job do the right thing and quit. I'm sure there are people out there how need a job who can offer more professionalism and would have handled all of this with more class.
