Sara and Lora are really amazing! They helped me through the process and made it as easy as possible for me! We been doing my paperwork remotely since I am not local to Illinois. They did a great job overall and I will certainly reach back out to them for my citizenship!!

Asked the receptionist if this particular office was able to take a certain case and said to come in and do the consult. You’d think they would know and be professionally capable of saying no, we don’t take those certain cases. Instead made my family take time off of work, only to sit there and be told they don’t. They also had the audacity to still charge $95. Everyone needs income, but should I open a firm, have people come to me only to tell them we don’ take cases and rob them of their money, no! Of course not. EDIT TO ANSWER: Yes it was this firm, I personally sent them your info. Also, my last name on Google isn’t their last name, so you’d have no way of knowing. Please do not try to brush it off by not taking responsibility. I do not take(make) 1 star reviews lightly. I dislike people taking advantage of others, and this is why this review was written.

Sara is very knowledgeable and experienced in helping me with my green card renewal application. She really knows what's happening in this particular legal field and what needs to be done to ensure success. She was above and beyond and very understanding of my somewhat intricate situation! I got my case approved within a shorter time than anticipated too. Very grateful, and highly recommend.
