I was charged with aggravated battery 7/14/25. Robert Rawlins reassured me throughout the months that followed that the aggressive penalties the prosecutor was seeking wouldn't come to fruition. I plead no contest for misdemeanor battery, 1yr probation, 6 months probation fees waved 4hr online anger management, potential early probation termination after 6 months.
