Dana Adkins Attorney at Law, LLC

I had a terrible experience with Dana Adkins. I found her to be rude and unprofessional. I waited in her office for over an hour, her receptionist had no idea when she was coming in for our scheduled meeting. While staring at the walls in the small conference room I was seated in, I noticed boxes of files with names and Social Security numbers of her prior clients. That is not appropriate with all the current data breaches in the media. When she finally showed up at the meeting, she was obviously preoccupied with other matters and appeared to not want to be in the office that day. When I attempted to leave her office she shouted , "Sit down!" When I said I was leaving she threatened me saying, " If you leave, I will never represent you again!" Finally, if all of this wasn't enough, I mailed payment to Ms. Adkins for her services , ( there was a time issue, I regret using her. ) The check was misplaced in her office, but because of my interaction with Ms. Adkins, I believe she assumed I was holding up payment. Ms. Adkins continue to harass me for payment that was already submitted to her. I mailed proof of payment from my bank. I don't believe Ms. Adkins ever looked in the mail for my payment. She threatened to sue me, so I paid her via her website. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any professional service. I do not recommend her!!

Ms. Adkins is a consummate professional. She is highly respected by her peers. She communicates well with her clients and makes them feel completely at ease while they navigate their legal issues. Ms. Adkins has my highest recommendation.
